Identification of three key challenges with an impact on the economic environment, which may be improved by elaborating public policies:
Formulating a public policy to support the access of the Romanian companies to the external markets and stimulating internationalization.
Creation of a monitoring tool prototype for the economic competitiveness of the companies, elaborated based on the current data of the companies in the North-West region.
Acquiring the required knowledge and creating a precedent by going through the entire process of elaboration of an alternative public policy, from consultations up to its registration at the relevant Ministries.
Creating a model of regional structure capable of formulating and promoting alternative proposals to the governmental public policies in the field of competitiveness through monitoring proposals and updating the intelligent specialization regional strategies (S3).
Fast reaction capacity of the regional and national economic environment, organized by associative structures (clusters), which generated sound and justified opinions in the context of the COVID-19 crisis, with concrete proposals for governmental measures to support companies to face the crisis.
Multiplication of the support model to generate governmental public policies proposals, based on the relevant structures at local level, in all regions in Romania.
