With over 20 years of professional experience, he holds the position of General Manager at Antares - Scaune.ro, the largest chair manufacturer in Romania. Since 2022, he has also served as the President of the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster, though he has been actively involved in all of the cluster's projects since its inception.

With keen business intuition, a passion for quality craftsmanship, and over 20 years of experience in the furniture industry, Ioan Iancu is highly regarded as a mentor in entrepreneurship and furniture production. Open and approachable to his team and collaborators, he is considered a trustworthy, prudent, and empathetic leader with genuine leadership skills. He is an integral part of the community created by the Transylvanian Furniture Cluster, being one of its founding members.

Respect for life, people, and the environment is the core value guiding Daniela in everything she does. With over 20 years of experience in environmental protection, she is the founder of the consultancy firm Serban și Asociații SRL. Since 2019, she has been an active member of the CMT Association, attributing her success in this field to her background in engineering, economics, and environmental studies, as well as her passion for solving complex problems.
