Technical solutions for posture related back pains. Analyzing the causes and solution proposition

Abstract: Back pains are one of the modern problems of the office working generation. These are typically caused by the incorrect posture while seating, usually at the office. In this study, the causes for backpains are discussed and analyzed. Also, a survey has been performed to find insights about how users would appreciate technological solutions which could help them correct their posture. Lastly, such a technical solution is proposed and discussed.
